FAQ
After the consultation, a medical statement and medical certificate required for travel insurance capplication will be issued through the Doctor to You office.
Depending on the coverage of your travel insurance, treatment and medication costs may be reimbursable. For details, please check directly with your travel insurance company.Medications prescribed during a house calls are included in the service fee.
Payments for prescriptions at a pharmacy must be made separately by yourself at the pharmacy.House calls are only available at your accommodation.
Virtual visit are available nationwide in Japan.
Multiple patients can be treated.
However, fees will be charged separately for each patient.
We can provide medical care starting at six months of age.
Due to the nature of the Service, the User shall not cancel the Service after payment has been completed.
You may request medical consultations as often as needed.
However, inquiries regarding new symptoms, requests for additional medication, or an excessive number of consultations may be regarded as follow-up visits.
